SURVEY123 Column and qty creation

Question

I have a very fast moving inspection team that needs to see a list of 40 items and their quantity with the ability to enter all items quickly:

Ex: Look at an item, select it and enter quantity. The list does not need to be an auto complete.

Scissors         1

pens              2

They need columns side by side to click and enter.

Can this be done in Survey123 v3.24?

If so how do I set it up?

Hi @SueBoelk, it looks like you'd want to work with a grid layout in Survey123 so you have more than one column. This can be done in both Survey123 Connect and the web designer within a group in the survey form. Here's a few resources about that:
