UPDM Attribute Rule Cathodic_Protection_Traceability_Distribution_Pipe not executing

Question

I've tried to debug this without success, so am wondering if anyone else has run into this issue.   Here's what I'm trying to do:

* Use the OOTB UPDM model - with a few additions, but no changes to asset type or CP fields
* Use the Cathodic_Protection_Traceability_Distribution_Pipe attribute rule to update the cptraceability field .  All fields referenced by the rule are present and unmodified in our model
* The rule is not disabled.

However, when I change the AssetType of a pipe from "Plastic PE" to "Bare Steel" the cptraceability field is not updated to "Traceable".

I've tried to add some "Console" statements into the rule, but these don't seem to show up anywhere — including the Diagnostic Monitor, as suggested by one post.

Any suggestions on what I am missing would be much appreciated.

Can you share the following values(codes, not domain descriptions) from the feature that it is not working on?
