After publishing new services to ArcGIS Server, the corresponding items do not appear in the Portal's Content or search results. The services themselves are available and return correctly through the ArcGIS Server Services Directory.
@Fab_Graziano is the ArcGIS Server instance federated with Portal? When publishing via ArcGIS Pro, are you selecting the correct ArcGIS Server instance to publish to?
