I have been trying to optimize a series of snow routes and I keep getting a gap where the route should continue. I've told it no u-turns at the order location and sometimes it closes the gap, but it still makes gaps in other places when I re-run it. The plow has to go over all the street segments that are a snow route. How do I tell it it's OK if it has to go in circles around the block.
