We use ArcGIS Enterprise 12.1 Experience Builder with Experience state enabled. However, a user’s selected basemap is not restored after refreshing the application.
Please include the selected basemap in the saved experience state, including custom basemaps from the Basemap Gallery.
Our municipal staff switch between aerial imagery from different years and other basemaps while reviewing properties, utilities, and zoning. Having to reselect the basemap after every refresh interrupts their work.
This should be available in standard Experience Builder for both ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online, without Developer Edition or custom widgets.
