Experience state option not appearing in Enterprise 11.5 Experience Builder's general settings

On this documentation page for Experience Builder configurations (ArcGIS Enterprise 11.5), there is a description of an option to save the Experience state in the 'general' options panel, but they do not appear in the options in our 11.5 EB templates.

I notice that the documentation for Enterprise 11.3 does not include this functionality. We recently upgraded from 11.3 to 11.5, but even the new EB apps we set up do not include the option that is given in the documentation.


Is this an error in the documentation, or am i missing something? It would be very useful for us to give our clients this option.

I checked my 11.5 Enterprise environment and did not find the option either. Looking at the compatibility chart, Enterprise 11.5 is on Experience Builder 1.17. The release notes indicate the restore app state functionality being introduced in 1.18.

So this appears to be a documentation error and the restore app state function is first available in Enterprise 12.0.
