ArcPro Enterprise Login Issues

We migrated from Enterprise 10.8.1 to 11.5 recently. We changed the IP for our new webadaptor to reflect the old server to keep the alias naming for our portal. Sense the migration we are no longer able to connect to ArcPro. We have ran several test to make sure everything is point to the correct servers and IP. Shows that it is successfully federated. Has anyone else had this issue?

I appreciate the input!! I did find the issue. Sense I only still have an Enterprise Professional license and not an AGOL license. I couldn't get signed into arcgis.com. For some reason I have to sign in that way to be able to finally sign into Enterprise.

This issue usually occurs when the Portal License File was generated using an incorrect Portal URL, causing the portal to fail to validate user license assignments.

You can Edit License Files in My Esri for Portal for ArcGIS 10.7 and Later Versions to update the URL before importing the new License File in ArcGIS Enterprise Portal.
