How do I post on ArcGIS Ideas?

I keep on getting an error message saying no tags found even though I am populating the Tags field with many tags. What gives?

in the bottom left you can see it won't post with the tag error at the top

Same tag error with or without tags in the post.

I'm having the same issue and I used the drop down. It's gives the same error when all tags are removed as well.

Ah! Thank you for catching this. This is a known issue for the Popular Tags section- could you remove the tags that were added from 'Popular Tags' and choose tags from the drop-down instead? It might take a moment for all of them to show up.

Hi Nairi,

I'm clicking the (+) signs from the list of popular tags. It gave me an error "No Tag(s) found" when I first submitted without any tags, so I thought maybe tags are required. I opened the inspector, and it seems to be logging a 404 code, out of all things. Could it be thinking "null" is the name of another tag??

Hi @KFunahashi_SSMMA, are you choosing a tag from the drop-down list or typing in your own? Tags are pre-defined and no longer user generated. You can proceed with submitting your idea without a tag if you don't see any in the drop-down that match the content of your submission.
