Deleting Repeat Table Records in the App

It seems reasonable that a Mobile Worker/Data Editor should be able to delete a single record in a repeat table (in my case an inspection violation against the parent address) without it deleting the other repeat entries AND the parent feature. You can do it in Pro, I think you can do it in the webmap editor- you should be able to "stay in the app" and delete test data, erroneous entries etc.

Not sure what you mean you can for sure delete one repeat.

Are you maybe coming in on an edit?

If so set this on the begin repeat line
bind::esri:parameters column add query allowUpdates=true

It could also be settings from the 123 website on allowing deletes or the setting page of the service could block you.
