Copying Survey123 items with ArcGIS Assistant

Question

Our team is hoping to copy a survey developed through Survey123 from one AGOL account to another using ArcGIS Assistant (https://assistant.esri-ps.com/). When testing this, although the survey item appears to have copied, the account that received the copy appears unable to open it, with the error message “You do not have permission to submit this survey record. The feature layer for this survey does not exist or is not accessible.” We are trying to copy over the accompanying Feature Services that are automatically created with the survey in case those are also needed, except the copy step seems to be getting hung up and not completing within ArcGIS Assistant. Are survey items a known limitation of ArcGIS Assistant, or is there something specific we should be doing to migrate the survey so it can be opened and edited within the second AGOL account?

@Ellie_Linden , if AGOL Assistant isn't working, you could look into this workflow. This is what I would recommend using going forward.

It involves downloading a copy of the forum through Survey123 Connect, uploading it within their organization, and then appending any data you have already collected to their newly created feature layer.
