ArcGIS Monitor does not support the ability to manually restrict the list of "Cipher Suites" like ArcGIS Server and Portal for ArcGIS do. Our security team have flagged ArcGIS Monitor as using medium strength ciphers as a high risk. Ideally we should reconfigure the ArcGIS Monitor to avoid use of weak or medium strength ciphers.
