Pull affiliation/department from AGOL into Survey123

I would like to pull the information about an account - specifically their organization/affiliation - into a field in survey123. Similar to pulling the username (creator & editor fields). Currently, we have to use a look up table to search department by username, which requires manual updates as staff join the organization.

We have a similar workflow in place for pulling in users from our Active Directory, you may be able to automate updating a CSV file with the new user information using Python and ArcGIS libraries.

Unfortunately, the users are from two different departments. We're using a shared group to share information. But since it's not 'my' staff, I'm unable to pull the usernames from the shared group. As far as I am aware anyway. I would assume I would still be unable to pull a csv file from the shared group using python or ArcGIS libraries. Correct me if I'm wrong!
