How to sync my Utility network geodatabase with the Utility network service

I have the Utility network service with dirty area, so to correct them and to work offline i have downloaded the geodatabase and started working on it ....and after a week of dirty area correction it was reduced to a few thousands , now i need to sync it to my Utility network service.....i couldnt find the right method to do that without losing any of the changes that happened in the local gdb, 

Yes i know i should have done in the branch version but unfortunately i was working offline , so whats the best solution for this?

Because you didn't do this in a way that you can use the system to consolidate the changes (branch versioning, sync edits, etc), you will need to manually merge the edits of these three databases. I recommend you start by writing a script to compare the databases, because the Global IDs should be the same between the databases this should be relatively easy. From there you can decide whether you want to merge the changes by hand, or whether you feel comfortable writing a script or FME workbench to do the work for you.
