I encourage you to kudos this idea. SCIM provisioning automatically creates, updates, and removes user accounts in connected apps based on changes in your identity provider. ArcGIS does not currently work with SCIM. It's SSO on steroids. It allows your Active Directory to manage ArcGIS provisioning that can remove users as they are removed from AD and can use AD attributes for group provisioning. This would be very helpful for universities.
