After upgrading AGM to 2026.0, I'm not seeing any active sessions in the Monitoring section of my Portal environment. All machines in the Enterprise have been rebooted since the upgrade. All other alerts, analysis views, and collections are behaving as far as I can tell.
@DerekLaw -
You asked: When you have the enterprise portal selected under the Monitoring tab, then navigate to the Catalog subtab, do you see a list of web apps and/or web maps for the portal?
My response: Yes.
You asked: On the portal's Overview subtab, under the Active sessions and Active sessions time charts, do you see web apps and web maps listed?
You recommended: Navigate to the Observers subtab, then run the Inventory Observer manually (click the ellipsis button > View observer details > Run Observer). Wait a few minutes, then run the Sessions Observer manually. Monitor should start to collect metrics now.
My response: taking these steps did not change the issue. I'm still not seeing Active Sessions
I have a case open for this - #04225477

I shared this issue with the Monitor Team regarding our deployment last week at the UC. We're getting some intermittent sessions when expanded to a 7 day. However, it's less than what the logs are telling me staff are using.
