I'm the administrator of a public Indoors Viewer primarily used as a campus navigation tool, offering three travel modes: Walking, Partially Accessible, and Fully Accessible.
Our current launch actions include Survey123 forms for issue reporting and general feedback.
When a route is not found, especially accessible routes, I would like users to access the forms directly from the error message or directions pane. It is not always intuitive to open/re-open a popup to find the launch action.
