Zone Lookup Instant App - Collapse Results

Question

I am making a public-facing instant app using the zone lookup template and I have 'Collapse results' selected but when I make a selection on the map or search an address, the first layer automatically expands. I would like the first layer to be collapsed like the others after a selection is made? Is this a setting in the instant app, or do I need to make adjustments to the layers in map view? The layers are all set up the same in their corresponding group.

Thanks @KellyHutchins. I think I'm having the same issue as @MadisonCamp in that my first pop-up is expanded which I really don't want. I'd love for it to show up like this when a location is selected:

Are there any custom CSS modifications I can make to make this happen?

@StevenJett1 if you have group result by layer disabled then the layer names will not show up. What should display in that location is the title defined for the popup in the ArcGIS Online (or Enterprise) Map Viewer
