Survey123- Time Field not editable

Hi,

I'm experiencing an with the Time field in my Survey123 form. It is not allowing me to manually select a specific time, its only recording and submitting the current system's time.

P.S the Time field is not configured with a default value.

apologies, appending &version=latest does work (in enterprise and forgot to change ? to &)

did you clear your browser cache and/or append `?version=latest` to end of your survey URL?

If you are not republishing surveys or using surveys published after July 21st, please append `?version=latest` to end of your survey url.

Hi @ONeilkaBacchus , thanks for the feedback. This issue will be addressed in the 3.26 July release of Survey123, scheduled for late July 2026.

It looks like you're using the web designer and expecting the hours/minutes drop-down to be displayed (as the web designer docs state "A drop-down menu allows the user to select times at 15-minute intervals"). I believe this is a bug/issue and have asked a developer internally. I see the same issue when i publish a new survey from the web designer in ArcGIS Online. A workaround would be to manually type in the desired time. The Survey123 website is planned to be updated to version 3.26 around 7/21/2026.

How do you have the field set up? Is it in connect or in the web builder?

I have a Survey123 Connect form that has a "dateTime" field that shows date and time for the user entering in the data (and it does have a default set to 'now()' but can be edited)

Can you show an image of your connect form for that field? Is it possible that a calculation is in place or maybe readonly is set to yes?
