Field Maps attachments fail after ArcGIS Online update when pop-ups are configured

Question

Since last week's ArcGIS Online update, we've been experiencing an issue with attachments in ArcGIS Field Maps.

The data is not hosted feature layers. These are services published from ArcGIS Server and added to ArcGIS Online using the REST endpoint.

For any layer where the pop-up has been configured in Map Viewer (even something as simple as deleting the created user field), Field Maps does -

* The Attachments section appears at the bottom of the form instead of the top.
* After adding a photo, the Submit button remains grayed out.
* If another field is edited, the Submit button becomes active.
* The attribute edits are saved, but the attachment is never uploaded.

After some testing, it appears that opening the map in the field maps form editor and selecting Ungroup for all layers that have had the popup edited fixes the issue.

The issue is that this has to be done for every layer that has a configured pop-up, which is not practical for maps with many editable layers.

Is this expected behavior, or is this a bug? Do we need to go in and change all of the layers in our maps, or will this be fixed on Esri's end?

UPDATE:

Possible workaround:
 1. Open Field Maps Designer.2. Go to Offline settings.3. Under Attachment features, enable "Include additional attachment information".4. Save the map.5. Refresh the browser page.6. A yellow banner appears stating:   "Offline settings do not match the map content."7. Click "Update".8. Re-download the offline area on the mobile device.
 After updating the offline settings, offline editing and photo attachments work correctly again.

I'm experiencing a similar issue with ArcGIS Field Maps after recent updates.

Environment:

- ArcGIS Online Hosted Feature Layer
- Attachments enabled
- Offline areas enabled
- Field Maps mobile app

The layer works correctly online, including editing attributes and adding photos. However, when working offline, any edit returns the error: "Unable to update. The form contains unsupported data." The issue appears to be related to the Attachments form element. If I remove the Attachments element from the Field Maps form, the error disappears, but users can no longer take photos. Before recent Field Maps Designer updates, we did not need to explicitly add an Attachments form element and offline data collection with photos worked correctly.

Same issue here, doing the ungroup in the form editor seems to have done the trick but, I have 50+ maps containing many editable layers with attachments enabled. Applying that workaround to them all is not practical at all.
