I have built a form in Survey123 connect and set symbology at the layer level using the visualisation tab but this is not following through to the mobile app. How do I set up my desired symbology to work in the mobile app?
Have you set your basemap within Connect to be the map containing the layer with your chosen symbology?
When you say 'mobile app' are we talking about Survey123 or Field Maps? If you added the layer to field maps and THEN you set the symbology for the layer, it won't take, and you'll have to either manually set up the same symbology in the map you're using or remove the layer and re-add it.
Survey123 mobile app. When the form is opened and filled out in the Survey123 mobile app it uses the default symbology for Survey123, I would like to use my own symbology. I have a number of Geopoint/Geoshape questions in the survey - the main Geopoint question showing the location of where the survey was undertaken and a number of repeats containing Geo point or Geoshape questions. Two different web maps are used for these questions and offline map areas have been created for each web map.
Yes I tried this but it didn't work. I will give it another go though.
