Warning 000595, 000594, and 000117 when running tools on shp file

Question

I've received some shp files from our CAD technician exported from CAD. I have one layer that is working without issue, but two other layers that are flagging this warning and/or error whenever I try to merge, append, or export. I've checked the coordinates, projections, and elevations and we don't seem to have any issues. Any recommendations on how to move forward with this data?

Since it seems that the shapefile is "somewhat" working in ArcGIS Pro, a few things I would try before exporting to a geodatabase.

Recover a Corrupt Shapefile (ignor the ArcMap stuff in the document but run the Check Geometry and Repair Geometry GP tools and retry the export)

From CoPilot - "The warning is generic and does not list the failed records directly — instead, it points to a file containing the full list of Object IDs of the records that could not be processed ." The file it's throwing an error message for is G-Manhole-20255.fid.  Open that file in notepad/wordpad and review the ObjectsID's / FID's.  Are there missing or strange ID's?

I'm trying to export into a geodatabase, I've tried to also export as a shp file but no luck either. I've noticed that the points don't have the esri assigned ObjectIds or Shape fields, so I think it has something to do with the original shp file.
