Currently you can specify a story URL that a user should be directed to when viewing a StoryMap item. This is in a StoryMaps' Item detail view, under Settings, StoryMap story, URL. It enables you to redirect users who are opening a URL you have previously published to a different StoryMap, at a different URL.
This setting is honored when you goto the story’s view URL by opening it in your browser, when you click on the View story button on the story’s Item details Overview page, and when you select View story from the item's More actions menu in the Content view.
This setting is not honored, however, when you are on the ArcGIS StoryMaps Content page, click on a story’s More actions menu, and select View. In that case, it still takes you to original StoryMap.
I would like to see the latter case changed, and it to would take you to the StoryMap that is configured as the one to be viewed. If I want to get to the original story for some reason, I would select Edit instead.
