Freeze the narrative panel of a sidecar block.

Currently in the sidecar widget, you can only freeze the scrolling action in the media panel (by duplicating the same media with no changes), while the narrative panel always advances from one slide to the next as the user scrolls.

It would be great if there was a way to freeze a narrative panel between sidecar slides. The effect would be that as a user scrolls, the media/map panel would advance from one view to the next while the narrative panel stayed in place without changing. This would be useful for slides where the narrative panel describes some change in the media panel that you’d like to show by scrolling without disrupting (or duplicating) the narrative context for that slide.

@DavidMedeiros  - Thanks for sharing this idea. I think you can accomplish something similar to the experience you are looking for by using actions. Actions are buttons or links that you add to the narrative panel that trigger a change the media panel. They are basically like map choreography (the frozen media panel and scrolling narrative panel) without the scrolling.
