Survey123 Report is skipping nested repeat records

I created a report. However, I cannot get the report to return the nested repeat table records. I've reviewed all the documentation. It should be pretty simple. I get nothing back for the nested repeat table section.

Am I missing something really obvious? All my field names match. Even the "report template" doesn't return the nested repeat records. The rest of the report works just fine. The repeat polygon layer is returning all those records. Everything has a unique field name.

I see other posts about nested repeat reports and I don't see any difference. I tried putting the tags inside a table in the first and last cells. Tried outside. Tried no table and just like one field. Nothing. I'M SO CONFUSED!

structure: table > repeat polygon layer > nested repeat table.

table > repeat polygon layer: globalID > Form_GUID
repeat polygon layer > nested repeat table: globalID > Field_GUID

I confirmed these nested records have the keys and GUIDs populated correctly after submission. I see the nested repeat records in the view form when I click the record in the table in Survey123.

I can get the Report to return "table 3" records outside of the {#Field} but only if the key Form_GUID is populated (key for table 1 : table 3).

But in this form, Survey123 isn't populating the Form_GUID, because that's not the structure of the survey. Table 3 is nested in Table 2 (table 1: table 3 relationship is ignored by Survey123... which I expect).

So Form_GUID is empty unless I run a calculation to fetch those. Survey123 seems to do fine ignoring the relationship between table 1 and table 3 when submitting. However, it seems Reports cannot ignore the table 1: table 3 relationship and only recognizes the table 1 : table 3 relationship??

Below is what happens when I manually populated the table 3 key with Form GUID. Even with Form_GUID populated, it can't pull the Enhancement records inside of ${#Fields}{/}

Given that, Did you try putting the enhancement repeat out the fields repeat i.e. not treating it as nested and seeing if it returns enhancements based on the Main > Enhancement relationship?  That would tell you if the multiple relationships is the issue.

This is a database I designed and published to AGOL.

Apart from not being able to do Survey123 calculations inside nested repeats in the web browser, everything has been going smoothly with data entry with Survey123.

The count is returning zero.
The feature I'm running the report on has related records.
I see them in the Survey123 Form if I click the record to view.

I didn't think it was that complicated to make relationship classes but here is some of those details... did I miss something?? I do regret doing None for notification... but I can't image that is interfering.

The one part that is unique about this database, there is a workflow split:
There is a relationship class just for table 1 > table 3 in the database as well.
Users don't need to draw "farm fields" during "enrollment", just "certification"... so I have a different version of the survey 123 workflow with a special view for the submission url that doesn't include the farm fields polygon layer.
Is there something I can do in the report to clarify the repeat relationship? Even though in the survey it's nested under fields... maybe the report is just looking for records directly related to the first table?
