If we could have an ability to attach a PDF, Word Doc, or other type of text file that would be extremely helpful!
There are a couple of scenarios when this is needed:
- We have a lot of long-term projects that we need to preserve - linking or embedding documents does not always work for long term sustainability because it requires a connection to an account. If that person leaves or their account is terminated, we lost the connection to those documents
- Embedding or linking requires it to be hosted somewhere - so if a user is not using some kind of Cloud storage, embedding/linking is more challenging to use
I think the intention for this could be similar to the image/media uploads - 5 MB file size limitation, and past that, the file would have to be embedded or linked.
