Survey card should have an option to use the latest version of the web app.
Right now when using the Survey card, the Survey123 form has version=latest appended to the url, thus forcing the latest version of the web app on the survey. The latest version of the web app does not guarantee the same behavior as the version the survey was published with.
The user should have an option to use the latest version, if not, it should be disclosed to the user that the Survey card will use the latest version of the web app. This will at least allow the user to decide if they want to use the Survey card as designed or seek an alternative method for embedding a Survey123 form.
