It does not seem that it is currently available for a multiuser online option for library purchasing. When would it be available? I see that the previous edition (3.2) is available on https://ebookcentral.proquest.com/.

The first exercise in the first chapter is not on ArcGIS Online. If you search "owner:GettingToKnowArcGISPro3.6 DC Public School Safety Map" does not return any results. It appears there is no owner by that name. I did check the box to search outside of my organization. I can see old versions of it.
