Allow overwriting Portal for ArcGIS "GroupLayer" from ArcGIS Pro

Hello,

Since I believe ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3, it is possible to create "GroupLayer" on the Portal for ArcGIS:

But it is not possible to update them from ArcGIS Pro (just tested on 3.6.4). It would be nice to be able to update them from ArcGIS Pro just like webmap !
