Use Power Automate/webhooks to copy feature with multiple attachments from one layer to a different layer? (AGOL)

Can Power Automate and webhooks be used for the following in AGOL?

When a feature with multiple attachments is created in a Survey123 feature layer, copy the feature to a different feature layer, including copying the multiple attachments. (Event-driven webhook, not on a schedule.)

Hi @Bud ,

We have power automate that will grab all attachments from survey123 submission and save them on SharePoint Document Library. Therefore, I will assume that it will not be difficult to loop through all attachments from survey123 submission and add them into your target feature hosted on ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise 😉

Hi @Bud,

You can use attachment from URL.

Trigger your Power Automate with "When a survey response is submitted":

One of the Power Automate "ArcGIS" actions.

You will likely need to find matching record of your hosted feature layer on AGOL with ID or other query conditions using "Get data from feature layer" and then use "Add attachment" to matched features.

Possible useful links, might not need to be this complicated but you will have try yourself 🙂
