API generation for map, api keys are not getting generated

Hi Team
In arcgis location platofrm when i tried to create a developer credentials(api key) as per the guide provided by ESRI portals - as expected the api key generation pop up is not even coming - so i cant use it

my objective is to use this api key in my SAP FSM application for a basemap provider
so initially i signed up in arcgis online(trial account) 1st, later i signed up in arcgis location platform(developer/creator role)- these 2 profiles got connected now
But i dont know why api key is not getting generated
Somewhere is ESRI portal i read that arcgis online and location platform will be connected and to generate an api key in location platofrm account we need original subscribed arcgis online account, if it is true please clarify that

Hi @GopinathJayakumar  - For this workflow you will not need the trial.  Only the Location Platform account you created.  Location Platform has access to an ArcGIS portal.

Use this workflow to create an API Key: Tutorial: Create an API key.

At the end of the workflow, you will have an option to generate and copy your API key.  Is the API key not generating?  If not, are you seeing any errors pop up or in the browser console?
