The current sketch point offer lots of unique symbols like animals, vehicles, etc. Those are not available when styling a point layer. It would be good to provide those options under style to maximum user style flexibility.
They are not a part of the default gallery but can be brought into a organization group and have that set under the admin organization settings where you can define your symbol galleries or you can add them in Map Viewer.
When styling a symbol you can click on the + button in the symbol category picker (both sketch and symbol styling have this)
Then you can search ArcGIS Online (default will initially search My Content) and use this search term
You can also go to this group and find a collection of desktop and web styles you can share to your org or use the itemid in the search above to find a specific style

Why not add it to the default web map style, since it’s already available under the default sketch style?
