I have a survey that is reviewed in experience builder for approvals. Starting today, when I go to review and edit submitted surveys, even though the survey clearly has geometry attached to it and zooms into the location on the map properly, the survey itself is saying that there is 'No geometry captured yet'. 
See above image for issue. Blacked out the list and survey location for privacy purposes. The list to select projects to review is in the top left, the survey pops up in the bottom left, and it zooms to the geometry that was submitted via the survey in the large map window. The data is definitely still connected as this is all straight from the survey and it still zooms properly to the location and pulls up the proper survey. My only thought is that I was editing some of the edit permissions on one of the views of the survey data and it may have broken something. When I view the data on the survey123 data page it is still connected properly.
