Quick Capture - records not being sent automatically when online but includes arcade expression

Hi,

I have a Quick Capture project that captures a point location.  There is an arcade expression which populates the suburb attribute based on the intersecting suburb polygon which is also in the map.

I have this arcade expression working correctly and it populates the attribute with the intersecting suburb name.  However, in Quick Capture, when using the app, it appears to 'capture' the point record but does not submit them automatically.  The user has to go into the map and it says Records on device: 1.  Then click send.  The device is online so i am not sure why it is not just sending the record automatically.  This behaviour only started happening after adding in the arcade expression so it appears to be something with that not happening on the fly.  It is a bit misleading for our field workers as this is for emergency management and they will think they have captured records when in fact they are still sitting, unsent on their devices until they go into the map.

@GISNCC -  Arcade expressions like this require the project map to be opened in order to run. To conserve battery and system resources, QuickCapture does not automatically load the map in the background. As a result, the map must be opened by the user at least once. After the user leaves the map and returns to the project page, autosend should resume as expected.
