In addition to the Copy Attributes, Copy Shape, and Copy All functionality, include a Copy Attachments as well. Attachments being photos, PDFs, etc. that were attached to the original feature you want to copy.
Although this may not be helpful as often as my other post (Selected Attribute Fields), a use-case would be if there are field notes, safety documents, a sample chain of custody, or site photos that are relevant to multiple features.
It would be up to the user to determine which attachments they want to copy over as opposed to "all" as a default
