I am creating a workflow using ArcGIS tasks and I have the Assigned, In progress, and Completed popups in Fieldmaps working fine. However, when a task is unassigned, none of the primary actions appear in the popup. Is there a field that has to be populated for this that I am missing? The points show up under unassigned but none of the primary actions are there, so workers can see them but are unable to pick them up. Any help with this is appreciated.
Edit: I got it owrking, It needed to have a filter on it esritask_status = unassigned
