Built-in AGOL mechanism — Upon feature creation, copy to different feature layer

It would be great to have an OOTB mechanism in ArcGIS Online to do the following:

When a feature is created using Survey123, automatically copy the feature to a different feature layer.

As @ZachBodenner said in Stable alternatives to Power Automate:

This isn't a criticism necessarily so much as an honest question: Other software has native/built-in automated process type stuff - why doesn't ESRI? It seems like something that should be included in the AGO/Portal suite (although truly, I'd pay a fair bit even if it was an extension, just to save the headache of dealing with these third-party platforms).

For example, with IBM Maximo, all the automation is built right into the product. No third party apps needed.

Edit: The mechanism needs to support copying attachments.

A user-friendly approach would be cool.

In lieue of a ESRI-driven solution, you might be able to get by with webhook workflow. If unfamiliar, webhooks is the theory behind that old iOS app called IFTT (If-this-then-that).

Natively, Survey123 can trigger a webhook when a new feature is submitted, and a platform like Make or Power Automate can receive that webhook and then call a custom GP service or ArcGIS REST API operation to add the record to a second layer within your organization.

@Nora-Schaak whilst the likes of an IFTT-style approach is feasible in Power Automate, it may not be available to Bud. Btw IFTT wasn't exclusively an iOS app, used it for years via desktop and Android.

The more this question keeps getting asked, the simplest options become more desirable.

Bud has a survey layer capturing information, all that's being asked is new data is copied to another layer for editing and any required "improvements" before being visible to the public. There is no indication to how quickly this must happen, the only detail of a workflow is the editing prior to "publication".

- either create a view layer with editing enabled and introduce any method to identify those new points that require pre-publication checks.

- create a data pipeline, given everything is in AGOL and not Enterprise, and have a process run to update newly captured data, including elements where some of the user edits can be automated, then publish to the second layer for final checks. Again, with no indication of urgency, this could be a nightly process for example.
