Download data option from arcgis server manager REST service

Question

I'm running ArcGIS Enterprise v12 with SQL Instance as Enterprise Geodatabase.  I have a data analyst update a table in this geodatabase from another SQL Instance every 10 minutes.  New data and updates are constant 24/7.

I've created a database view and published a Map Service of the view.  From here I can reference the data in the Dashboard but I am unable to download data.  Is this possible?  If so then what needs to be enabled/configured to allow the ability to download?

Hi @AdamCottrell,

If you have a Table element on Dashboards, you have a setting in General tab called "Summarized data download".

If you enable that setting you are able to download a CSV file from the table element:
