Smaller legend

I am trying to create a legend more like what I have seen created in other Experience Builder applications.

I don't have (json)or developer experience.

After doing many searches for instructions without success I am wondering is someone can help.

Some instruction direct the user to:

1. Select the Legend widget on the canvas.
2. In the widget’s settings panel, scroll to Advanced.
3. Enable Override app’s theme. (Cannot find the Override).

I have attached screen captures of what I mean:

One is much too large for a desktop monitor screen (which is the screen size that I want).

You can update how the legend information of your layer will display either in Map Viewer or in ArcGIS Pro. I prefer to do it in ArcGIS Pro because it has more tools to work with and everything is user friendlier, but you must upload it again to Portal so your changes are applied. You can also test it in ArcGIS Pro out if you add a layout view with a legend (the configuration of that legend in ArcGIS Pro should be similar to what will be displayed in ExperienceBuilder)

If you need more help, I can send you some links that may become handy for you.

P.S.: If you only want to upload images, it's better that you upload the image files and describe it in your text rather than uploading a Word-Document. Maybe some users don't have Word and won't be able to help. But the most important thing is in regards to security, because it's never safe to download random documents from other users! (I think ESRI forums has a way to check the safety of the files uploaded by the users, but there's still a risk by uploading these files)
