Adding a field to an existing feature service took forever

Question

I've noticed an issue when adding new fields directly through AGO. After clicking 'Add Field,' the process hangs indefinitely. However, if I open a new tab, I can see that the field has already been successfully created. I suspect this might be an issue related to the recent February update.

Hi @BrandonGuo I concur with @ChristopherCounsell a Support ticket would be ideal to investigate this closer. I am unable to reproduce the behavior on my own service so we need more information to isolate this problem and get it resolved.

Otherwise you'll need to reach out to technical support. They'll want to see the issue, collect some network traffic etc, to report it to their backend team.

I'm seeing a similar issue overwriting a service.. A process that is done frequently.
