Add a field to a hosted CSV

Question

We use hosted CSVs as linked content a lot for dynamic lists and lookup tables for Survey123 forms that need to work offline and be updated on a schedule (so, before you suggest it - we can't use a hosted table or feature layer or local CSV 😁)

The data within them are kept updated using FME processes.  I need to add a field to one of them and i can't figure out where to do it.  Im happy to do an overwrite or update the JSON manually but i can't do it in AGOL, ago-assistant or Pro.  If i have to publish a new CSV i am going to be here for hours updating FME and Survey123 (connect) and im probably going to miss something.  I just want to add one measly field.😬

Any ideas?

Thanks @ZenMasterZeke .  We ended up using FME which, for some reason, has the functionality to do this, whereas ArcGIS does not.  The Update Data option within AGOL can't change the schema.  Ideally we would be able to overwrite hosted CSVs in Pro like FME can.

There may be a way using the Python API, but otherwise the only method I know is to use the Update Data option and upload a new csv. I thought there was something in Ideas about this, but can't find it, sorry.
