Constraints in ArcGIS Pro shows length and angel, but not when sketching using Trace tool

When sketching a line it's possible to see the length and angle of the sketch when the Constraints is enabled, like so:

But if i sketch using the trace tool, it's not showing

I am using ArcGIS Pro 3.3. Is this a bug and fixed in a newer version, or is it not possible?

So here's what I've learned - constraints apply to sketching segments you draw, not the path the Trace tool follows. You can easily switch between constraint "mode" and trace "mode" to create your feature.  It's not a bug but rather a workflow.  I'm using ArcGIS Pro 3.6.1.
