Floor filter no longer zooming to selected site/facility/level

Question

I'm assuming this has something to do with the update from last night, but all of our web maps and experience builder apps no longer zoom to the selected site, facility or level when using the floor filter. It does not work in the map viewer or ExB app, even though the "zoom to selected floor" box IS checked, and it previously has functioned as expected until this morning. It does still work in our Indoors Viewers, but when opening the map that is used in the viewer in map viewer, the floor filter does not work.

Anyone else experiencing this? I do not see a bug report about it, and I do not have the credentials to create a ticket with my organization.

It is happening across all of our apps/maps, for all users/devices who have tested it currently. We did just upload a copy of our indoors data to test, and that copy is working as expected. So it appears it is something with the layer itself, but not the data (although it works in Pro just fine). Switching out the layers for our hundreds of maps/apps will be quite the task though, so we are still trying to figure out what is up with the original layer.

Hi @MollyE I tested with both new and existing Indoors Plans in Map Viewer and am not able to reproduce the issue you shared navigating between floors. Is this something you see with multiple Indoors Plans and across different browsers?

I would recommend reaching out to technical support to investigate if it is related to the release last night.
