Input Sketch Features No Longer Working

Question

We have a few custom web tools (in an experience builder app) that require the user to sketch points on a map as input features. This has been working fine for over a year, but as of this morning, it appears the sketch feature is no longer working correctly. I'm able to open the sketch tool (to sketch a point feature), but the cursor never changes to the crosshairs and I can't place points on the map. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Thanks for sharing your reports of this issue. We've been able to reproduce and have the following bug logged:

* BUG-000183079: FeatureSet input parameters for a custom web tool do not allow for drawing on the map in ArcGIS Online Experience Builder

The bug is currently in a status of in product plan meaning that it should be fixed in the near future. We apologize or any inconveniences caused by this issue.

We have the same issue for custom geoprocessing tools published to argis server and accessed through the Exb Analysis widget, they were working before the update.

Hi Stephanie,

I suspect you are correct about the timing since these tools were working correctly yesterday.

Both tools are Notebooks published as web tools. They are accessed in the experience builder app via an Analysis widget. The user sketches a single point feature on a map, completes a few text field inputs, and runs the analysis.

I just tried running the tool via Map Viewer (on the same map that is using in the EB app), and the sketch input seems to be working correctly. So the problem appears limited to my EB app.
