I would like my ArcGIS Hub site to display without the vertical toolbar on the left of large screens and without the horizontal toolbar at the bottom on small screens.
I have already disabled all other available tools (such as Share and Translate) to prevent the toolbar from appearing for users who are not editors. However, I have not found any way to remove the “Add to Favorites” button. I have reviewed both the Edit and Manage settings without success.
The toolbar is particularly disruptive on mobile devices, where it takes up a significant portion of the screen. In addition, when users click “Add to Favorites,” they are redirected to a login page. Since most visitors to this site do not have login access, this creates confusion and a poor user experience.
Is there currently a way to disable the “Add to Favorites” button? If not, could this be considered as a future configuration option?
