Issues Importing Features from AGOL to Civil 3D

Question

Hello.

I've gone thru Autodesk support already with no help, so I figured I would give this group a shot.

Basically I've got all of our systems maps and I'm looking to import them into Civil 3D so we've got the same information in both Civil 3D and Arc environment.

I set up my Civil 3D drawing with the same coordinate system as it's in Arc, I'm signed in my account, I can see all the layers (which are set up based on what I could find including editing/sync/group sharing), and I still cannot get them to import into Civil 3D. Nothing appears, and when I go to layer manager there's nothing populated.

Not sure what I'm missing.

You mentioned Web Maps. I take it that the layers are in fact working as expected where you can display and edit them in the Map Viewer, correct?

If these items are not working as expected within the ArcGIS environment I would ask that you post to the ArcGIS Online channel about the Hosted Feature Layer.

If all of the ArcGIS items are working and Autodesk Support cannot help with their Autodesk Connector for ArcGIS then I would suggest trying the free ArcGIS for AutoCAD plug-in. We would be glad to assist.

Unfortunately I already went to Autodesk support and they told me it was an Arc issue after they couldn't find an issue on their end.
