Survey123 - Cannot Select Polygon in the Inbox Map

I have a survey published from Connect where a user is doing Property Assessments on existing parcels.
The inbox is setup, and the List tab works as it should, but I am not able to select the parcel polygon in the Map tab and open the survey for that parcel.  
Does the Map tab only work when selecting points, not polygons? Or am I missing a step?

You should be able to select a polygon from the map.  Can you provide any more detail on the form settings, how the form is setup, and your sharing settings.
