Legend isn't updating when I change a field name in Map Viewer

I'm trying to update a field display name in the ArcGIS Online Map Viewer, and so far it changes everywhere except in the legend; the legend is still displaying the old display name. This has not been an issue with layers in the past, and no amount of saving and reloading or restarting has fixed this. Any ideas?

Hi @EthanPeterson , did you try editing the Display name for the fields using the Fields panel in Map Viewer?

Does reapplying the Relationship style update the legend on the map?

It doesn't look like I'm being given that option, though in the style pane it shows the names I want in the legend. The legend itself still shows the field name rather than the display name. The first picture is the style pane; the second image is what is shown in the actual legend.
