Location Sharing Track Like Display Error

More than one of our field staff sent me screenshots similar to the one below. The blue lines are their location-sharing track line. For the records that were not flying transects in a helicopter. Has anyone seen this phenomenon before, or have any recommendations on how to prevent this type of display error?

When I say "tracks not drawing," I meant track lines do not display on the device. And "in real time" means the track lines do not update as time/distance progresses.
Our field staff walk a lot of transects in natural areas, and it's important that they don't walk the same place more than once. So they commonly use tracks to see where they have been. We have also seen that closing the application or restarting the device can correct the issue some times.

Per the connectivity question, we use offline maps and our devices do not have data plans. As mentions above we work on natural areas so working under tree canopy is common.

Thanks for those details. About the strange track lines drawing, it can just be a drawing issue. You can try changing the track display filter in the Layers tool for the My tracks layer to force a redraw or swipe away and reload the app. We have seen this correct the issue at times.

Can you clarify what you mean by tracks not drawing in real time? Also, are you working in areas of spotty connectivity? If so, I suggest operating in airplane mode if possible and uploading tracks when you return to a strong signal/wifi.

Our field staff use Trimble TDC6 (Android 14) GPS devices. The Field Maps version is 25.3.1. 
In the Track Viewer AGOL Application, the tracks display normally. When the Location Sharing data are added to an ArcPro map through the portal, most of the lines are missing. The Tracks points are correct.

The field staff reported that the display issues temporally went away a few times.

This particular issues is uncommon. The most common issue is track lines do not display in real time. This is so frequent that most people don't tell me tell me anymore. Are there are any Tracks BMPs you can share?
