Job Summary
As a GIS Application Support Specialist with Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), partnering with the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT), you will provide application and data support for both commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) and custom-built solutions based on established priorities. In this role, you will independently perform specialized application and data development and support tasks to ensure MnDOT applications meet service level agreements (SLAs) and follow the application support model.
