Please, can someone help? Up till now, I have not been able to redeem my GISDAY2025 License software. I tried several times but kept displaying invalid code. And today is 17th January, what is the way out?

Our Esri Community team does not work on the weekends and yesterday was a US holiday so we were not online. I've sent you a PM on next steps!
